**Job Title: Accountant**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The Accountant will play a crucial role in contributing to the financial health of our organization by maintaining financial reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial decision-making processes.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the organization.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, documented, and reviewed.
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
- Assist in developing and improving accounting processes and procedures.
- Provide support for financial planning and analysis as needed.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
