Job Description
- You will be responsible for all the administration of the Body shop including being the first point of contact for customers, booking in vehicles for repairs, processing paper work including claims and administering cash and card payments.
- The Body shop Advisor acts as a link between the customer and the workshop and will keep all parties including insurance companies up to date with the progress of the repairs process.
- As the job title suggests, Body shop Advisors are based within a Body shop also known as an Accident Repair Centre.
- Working as a Body shop Advisor you can expect to work up to 40 hours
