Job Description

• Sales manager that has experience in FMCG specifically in Beverages and confectionary
• Experience of at least 5 years
• Should have already made at least one successfully run team for sales and marketing before
• We are looking for someone who can deliver results and has skills and experience.
• A degree is not necessary
• Most importantly if they can provide sales and create distributors with in the first month job retention will be garunteed.

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
• Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
• Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
• Utilizing email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
• Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospect
• Rest of the details will be discussed in person. Such as the issuing of a vehicle by the company and other expenses. (Applicable after hiring)
