Position Overview:

As a Certified Web Designing Professional at The Best Consultants, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning, responsive, and user-centric websites that align with our clients' objectives. You will collaborate closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to bring creative web design concepts to life. This role requires a deep understanding of web design principles, expertise in industry-standard tools, and a passion for staying updated on design trends.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing website designs, layouts, and graphics.
• Develop responsive web designs that ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
• Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
• Implement best practices in UI/UX design to optimize user engagement and conversions.
• Ensure web designs are aligned with brand guidelines and client preferences.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of web designs.

 

Qualifications:

• Certified Web Designing Professional with a proven portfolio of web design projects.
• Atleast five years of experience in web design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design concepts.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to evolving project requirements.
