Job Description
- Coordination with a variety of professionals including consultants and contractors
- Prioritize the areas of conflicts for the smooth run of daily operations
- Estimation of a timescale and ensure deadlines are met
- ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, design and specification
- Compile BOQ, managing budgets and project resources
- Schedule material and equipment purchase and deliveries
- Ensure projects run smoothly and are completed within budget and on time
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
