Responsibilities
TEMP to Permanent remote job for a Account/Project Specialist at KSNL Consulting LLC. The Account/Project Specialist will be responsible to review/understand the details of projects requirements. Research vendors information, coordinate with vendors and project managers for site surveys by calling, texting or emailing them. Discuss and create other necessary documents with the vendors. Negotiate quotes with vendors and terms with the project managers. Monitoring project timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed before submitting the project proposal.
Qualifications
EXCELENT ENGLISH (Reading, Writing & Verbal) communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Google (Drive & Spreadsheet) and ability to do extract vendor information from researching on Google and other search engines.
Ability to work effectively independently and with a team.
1 Month of Free Training. First Salary after 45 days.
2 Months of Probation (need to meet the milestones)
IMPORTANT POLICIES:
Zoom shall be connected and screen sharing is TURNED ON at all times.
Microphone shall be turned ON and unmuted at all times.
