Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Services Executives for our medical department. You will be responsible for handling customer complaints and queries over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
Responsibilities:

- Communicating with customers through various channels.

- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
