HZK is a UAE & USA–based trading and e-commerce company operating across B2B and B2C channels, with a growing private label and distributor portfolio. We sell across leading online marketplaces and are expanding with a strong focus on profitability, brand building, and scalable growth.

We are looking for experienced Ecommerce executive for our UAE office remotely working.

Hiring: E-commerce Executive

Platforms: Amazon UAE | Noon UAE | Trendyol | Carrefour

Role Summary

We are looking for 2 experienced E-commerce Executives to manage and grow our online sales across Amazon UAE, Noon UAE, Trendyol, and Carrefour. The role is sales, ROI, and execution focused, with full ownership of performance.

Sales Exposure

• Handle Private Label sales
• Manage Distributor / Wholesale online sales
• Work with Gross margin targets
• ACOS target: 10–15%

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, Trendyol & Carrefour
• Own monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Listing optimization (keywords, titles, bullets, A+ content)
• Run Amazon PPC & Noon Ads with ROI focus
• Push hero SKUs, bundles & festival campaigns
• Inventory planning & stock control (avoid stock-outs)
• Track margins, landed cost & profitability
• Monitor reviews, ratings & customer experience
• Share daily/weekly performance dashboards
• Hunt & Communicate with new distributors
• Coordinate with local operation team for MPL Items
• Finalize & Source new PL items from Abroad

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience on Amazon UAE & Noon UAE
• Experience with Trendyol & Carrefour is a plus
• Strong knowledge of PPC, keyword optimization & analytics
• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Business-minded & numbers-driven approach
• Comfortable working with remote teams
