Coordinates all supporting team functions on long form blog content, social media, video, graphics, demand gen initiatives, & more in line with your results-oriented SEO & Content Marketing strategy.
Apply SEO & SEM strategies, content development, distribution and measurement to effectively tailor content to reach the correct audiences.
Formulate and develop strategies and plan to build successful demand generation by leveraging deep understanding in market intelligence, insight, and data.
Direct involvement with content lifecycle from ideation to publishing to reporting, while assessing & implementing best practices throughout each stage & across each function.
Develop, refine, implement, and nurture standard operating procedures for content leveraging enterprise project management tools.
Track and advance the editorial calendar, and regularly measure results to apply data-driven insights towards future content initiatives.
Ensure that content meets regulatory guidelines and maintains compliance with partners, regulators, and internal legal and compliance teams.
Manage digital, email, and social content channels with full understanding of the best content practices for each.
Test and implement innovative and relevant methods of measuring content, campaigns and tools, keeping in mind the purpose of the derived results.
Provide results and recommendations against new marketing tactics, channels, and approaches that are benchmarked against our quarterly OKRs.
Leads a team of direct & indirect reports & will report directly to the Director.
Requirements:
Proven experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams with expert knowledge in SEO, Content Marketing, Analytics, Project Management, and SaaS
Platform Development & Automation.
7+ years experience with digital marketing functions including SEO & SEM, Content Marketing, Digital Advertising, UI/UX testing, CRO, and Reporting/Analytics.
5+ years experience with SEO & content related tools including Google Adwords / Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console, Semrush, and RankMath / Yoast.
years+ experience with Web / Platform Marketing tools including, or comparable to, Wordpress, Mailchimp, Formidable Forms, ClickFunnels, Zapier, Pipedrive, Segment.io, PowerBI / Relational Data
3+ years of experience with multi-media web publishing & copy editing
3+ years in an applicable team leadership role or otherwise applicable relevant experience.
Excellent oral & written communication skills.
Previous experience working successfully in a remote environment is a strong plus.
