Requirements:
Typing speed
Minimum graduate.
Minimum 1 year experience is must.
Ability to formulate ideas and solutions synthesizing information in real time
Must be proficient in English speaking & writing to deal with foreign clients
Proficient business email writing and handling
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to translate Customer insights into Tactical marketing plans
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings, as deadlines warrant.
