Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction through different email strategies
• Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referral
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Market Research to get the warm leads and use service knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to new prospects  
• Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
• Create different marketing strategies to promote services and offer of the company

Requirements:

• Typing speed
• Minimum graduate.
• Minimum 1 year experience is must.
• Ability to formulate ideas and solutions synthesizing information in real time
• Must be proficient in English speaking & writing to deal with foreign clients
• Proficient business email writing and handling
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to translate Customer insights into Tactical marketing plans
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings, as deadlines warrant.
