Ibix Global Tech. is looking for a designer to add to its team. The individual must be creative, able to think outside the box and have a forward-looking approach. The individual must be well-versed with design related software programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, proto.io, etc. If you are willing to learn, grow and connect with professionals all around the world along with moving forward in your career, then you’re the right fit for the job.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing social media posters for different campaigns
• Staying up to date with industry trends
• Developing illustrations and logos
• Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas
• Coordinating and collaborating with the team by bringing in new ideas with respect to design and advertisement
• UI/UX knowledge is a plus. Aware of the consumer journey and the consumer experience when it comes to the interface or social media for that matter
• Flexibility in working. Open to changes and a solution-oriented approach
• Good aesthetic sense with a collection of decent and fancy fonts, images, etc. with using appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Must have good layout and time management skills, should be detail-oriented and must have an acute vision
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills are a plus
