Plan, develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis (real estate industry) and deliver accurate business reports.
Plan and execute strategies to realize opportunities and increase the company’s business through existing and potential new clients, and minimize risks to the business
Plan and deliver a sales action plan which supports the company’s strategic objectives, achieving daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and taking initiative for corrective measures as needed
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s portfolio and working knowledge of competitor products/services. Provide trainings to sales teams country wide to deliver project targets
Develop, build relationships and maintain an excellent rapport with key stakeholders; clients, community organizations, regulatory bodies etc.
Requirements: Graduate; 5+ year sales experience in real-estate industry
