The HR Assistant is responsible for managing and executing key human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. This role ensures smooth HR operations, supports organizational goals, and fosters a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure confidentiality of data.
Coordinate payroll processing by compiling attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide necessary support.
Monitor compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Support performance appraisal cycles and talent management initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing and training needs.
