- Respond to customers professionally to provide technical support or obtain details of complaints.
- Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong persuasive skills to international clients.
- Must possess a tendency to retain pressure.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Highly organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, motivated and energetic with strong work ethics and a positive attitude.
- Must possess the ability to retain clients.
- 2+ years prior experience in a customer facing role.
- (sales/support/Customer Relationship) preferred UK based.
