Job Description

We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Labor Staff to join our production team and support the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily factory operations including cutting, assembling, polishing, and finishing of acrylic products.

• Operate basic hand tools, machines, and equipment safely under supervision.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products within the factory.

• Support skilled workers and supervisors in production tasks.

• Report any damages, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing/production/labor work (acrylic, wood, plastic, or similar industry preferred).

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.
