- Typing speed
- Minimum graduate.
- Minimum 1 year experience is must.
- Ability to formulate ideas and solutions synthesizing information in real time
- Must be proficient in English speaking & writing to deal with foreign clients
- Proficient business email writing and handling
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to translate Customer insights into Tactical marketing plans
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings, as deadlines warrant.
