- The candidate is responsible to Handle USA Doctors Office Front Desk Remotely with below Job Responsibilities.
- Medication & Refills for patients from Pharmacies.
- Patients Referrals handling.
- Patients Medication follow-ups with Pharmacies.
- Appointment Reminders to the patients.
- Patients Data Entry into the portal
- Patient Eligibility and Verification from Insurances.
- Timings are 6 pm-3 am.
- Night Shift
