Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Project Cost Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing project cost reports, ensuring precise tracking of project expenses, and delivering actionable insights to support financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze project cost reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide clear financial insights.
• Monitor and report on actual project costs compared to budgeted costs, identifying trends and discrepancies.
• Ensure that all cost data is accurately recorded and captured in financial systems such as QuickBooks, Zoho Analytics, or other relevant software.
• Prepare and manage daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reporting schedules, providing timely updates for review by senior management.
• Support the development of accurate financial forecasts and budgets for upcoming projects and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline cost reporting processes and ensure all project expenses are tracked efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in project cost reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
