We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in Ruby On Rails. We want you to join our team and to lead and contribute to the wide array of development projects we support, as well as to assist in the continued improvement of our operations and infrastructure.

What you’ll do

As a ROR senior software engineer with Xoho Tech, each day will be different, but rewarding:

• You will work with incredibly diverse organizations, ranging in different industries around the globe.
• You will develop, design, and test software for large-scale web applications integrating with our management systems.
• You will advise Xoho Tech and our clients on new technologies.
• You will work daily with Xoho Tech’s software team.

• You will collaborate with one or more of our subject matter experts for each project or product.
• You will work closely with clients to identify needs and scope projects that meet their most pressing data management challenges.
• You will design development project approaches, timelines, and outcomes to deliver on time and within budget.
• You will formulate, test, and refine solution hypotheses.
• You will help to improve Xoho Tech’s DevOps practices and policies.
• You will look for ways that we can improve, sharing your suggestions with the team, training and mentoring others, and creating internal documentation.
