Job Description
- Ruby on Rails framework.
- Relational databases (postgres, mysql).
- Experience with designing and writing Restful APIs.
- Third party API's integration.
- XML and JSON
- working from the command line (OS X or Linux)
- Bootstrap
- Implement coding best practices and maintain good code organization
- Willingness to debate ideas with an aim at finding the best solutions
- Increase team skill level in areas of software design and systems architecture
- Strong understanding of database design process and query engines.
- Develop and maintain best practices across the products
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
- Front-End familiarity - You need to be familiar with front-end work in order to be amazing at the backend. If not your best, HTML, CSS, and Javascript should be your good friends.
- Strong knowledge & concepts of OOP, OOD, Design patterns.
