Job Description
Ueat.pk is looking for a Sales Coordinator
- Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- On boarding of restaurant by calling, meeting schedules.
- Take leads both over the phone and email, then process in our sales system.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Generating new contacts and scheduling them for sales calls
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Assist in the preparation
