- Candidates with the following skills will be preferred.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree is required for the post, Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing will be preferred.
- Should have excellent communication, presentation and Negotiation Skills.
- Proven track record of Project Sales in both Commercial and Residential projects.
- Capable of handling pressure and competition.
- Ability of closing sales is MUST.
- Must be a good team player with a positive attitude towards the organization.
- Understand and analyses the given sales targets
- Pleasant personality hard working
- Use network in order to generate new business for the company
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose investment plans that suit them best.
