Job Description
Job Duties:
- Introduce company's products to customers
- Execute company's planning and complete customer data collection and organization
- Provide good services and be able to communicate with all the customers
- Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers through various channels
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Collaborate with Vietnamese team members to provide full services for customers
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Hard Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Have a good sense of customer service/sales
- Linguistic Proficiency: native speaker, English: immediate
- Primary External Interactions: approach prospect/client/association directly
- Primary Internal Interactions: corporate with Customer service, Data & Insight Dept.
