Job Responsibilities:

• Using your own resources to generate VOIP/Dialler interest in our organisation.
• Ensuring the end users you bring on are using our platform and taking care of their requests.
• General account management and managing difficult customers competently.
• Actively contacting businesses that could benefit from our services.
• Checking in with customers you have brought on to ensure they are happy.

• Experience working with call-centres and familiar with diallers/VOIP (this is an absolute requirement)
• Able to accommodate flexible working hours in accordance with UK and USA time zones.
• Contacts in the call-centre industry.
• Previous experience working in sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Experience working with a CRM and a general understanding of Microsoft Office.

• Once you’re settled and have built a successful network; you’ll be able to work your own hours appropriately.
• Remote working.
• Potential commission earnings.
• Expensed trips to visit clients in different offices should the occasion call for it.

• Salary is negotiable and is dependent upon experience.
