Ibix global tech. is looking for a talented individual to join our IT team as a SAP Basis Administrator. This is position that needs to be filled urgently and is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
• Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within IGT, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
• Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
• Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within IGT.
• Experience with multiple Databases, HANA, Sybase, Oracle etc.
• Responsible for all project activities related to Basis & Solman activities with incident and CHARM.
• Participating in audits, reconciliation, and user access reviews.
• Participating in rotating on call to cover off hours and weekend support/incidents.
• Prepares the technical Project plan, milestones in-alignment with client release calendar.
• Drives the project initiatives and lead the IGT tech team during execution from planning until AMS support phases.
• Coordinates with client on new Project Solutions, reviews, and approval discussions
• Explores new initiatives on Solution manager offerings
• Coordinates internally with IGT application and development team in building business case for new solman initiatives ( BPM, Focus run etc)

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of SAP Basis experience.
• 5 years of consulting experience and 3 years of experience leading on and offshore teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Expert level knowledge of the following SAP Functional Areas: S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP/SCM, HANA, PI/PO, BW, BI, ABAP, JAVA Stack, ECC, GTS, Fiori, Solution Manager, CHaRM, Portal, HR.
• Minimum of five years of direct operational experience in the following:
• Access Control, SOD, Risk analysis and Remediation, Emergency Access Management, Business Role Management, Custom Rule Set Creation, Role Design, Promoting Changes, Upgrades and Refreshes, supporting upgrades from the perspective of testing, Process Management and Reporting
• Establishing and implementing role-based security using Single, composite, derived roles and comfortable with enabler role concept.
• Establishing SAP Security processes, governance, and Best Practices for ECC, HANA, Fiori Solution Manager, CHaRM, Portal Security
• SSO across ECC, Fiori, GTS, S/4HANA, BOBJ, HANA, Identity Management Solutions, configuring SAML based SSO.
• Fluent in English will be highly considered.

Eligibility:
Good Knowledge and Experience in SAP Basis Administration with minimum 5 to 8 full end to end implementations. Good Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, such as Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris) Knowledge of Cloud and Virtual Environments (AWS, Azure, SAP, SUSE, Hyper V, VMWare ESXi etc)
