Looking for a SAP Concur System Administrator who will be accountable for application delivery and technical support of SAP Concur Travel & Expense system to meet operational objectives and strategic business initiatives. The position will interface regularly with stakeholders in business operations, Finance, application teams, infrastructure teams, Enterprise Architecture, and other areas as required. You will work with a dynamic team of professionals managing tight deadlines and will have strong technical, communication, and customer service skills. The Concur Administrator will routinely work with multiple stakeholders to ensure process integrity, implement enhancements, and participate in improvement initiatives related to systems. You will also have a strong understanding of best practices and key controls over expense report processes, with significant experience in FMCGs, Manufacturing & Trading industries.
 
This opportunity is for a forward-thinking developer with technical expertise, good experience and a passion for growth and innovation. This is a contractual position of months initially with a good possibility of converting into a permanent role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key Lead member of the implementation team and run/maintenance team during the end to end implementation of the SAP Concur tool including facilitating and documenting business requirements, managing and configuring the Application, writing and executing test cases, and providing product support services.
• Communicate effectively across a wide degree of corporate and business functions at all levels with ease.
• Respond to internal business user requests for assistance with issues related to application functions and work closely with Accounts Payable to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner with oversight and coordination with business user team members. Work with vendor technical consultants for configuration of applications and issue resolution as needed.
• Maintain system accounts to include account creation, changes, and deletion.
• Update system to fix defects or to complete minor enhancement requests.
• Application Administration and management of an SAP Concur SAAS system, including Test and Production environments.
• Leads or participates in business process reviews and works with process improvement groups to gather business requirements and complete needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis. Utilizes project management skills to build and deploy solutions that align with business initiatives.
• Test changes to business applications and ensure performance is as designed; work with team members to resolve any issues.
• Compose internal documentation that reflects changes made to the application, with direct oversight from team members. Includes descriptions of workflows, scripts, system configuration and design, work view process flow and function.
• Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentially of internal systems and data.
• Adapts existing methods and procedures for SAP to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
• Good consulting experience in systems study/ assessments
• Uses own judgment to determines optimal solution to recommend
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
• Expertise in below key functional SAP towers
  • SAP Finance/FICO experience will be considered as an extra
  • SAP Concur and/or SAP T&E experience
