Role Description
We are hiring three highly skilled Senior Digital and Social Media Marketing Experts to join our team. These full-time, on-site roles begin with an initial two-week assessment period at our Karachi office. Successful candidates will then be transferred to our Dubai office. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that enhance our brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase sales across various digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital and social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across all social media and digital platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, and Snapchat among others.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
• Design and implement high quality lead-generation campaigns and optimize the conversion funnel in collaboration with the sales team.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI targets, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Develop and oversee a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and objectives; collaborate with content creators for high-quality content production when needed.
• Manage and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and moderating discussions.
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and partners for brand promotion; develop and measure influencer collaboration strategies.
• Integrate SEO and SEM strategies into digital marketing plans to enhance organic and paid reach.
• Provide regular performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to management, including performance forecasts and competitive analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand presence.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Address and resolve account issues on Meta platforms, including reactivation of disabled accounts and obtaining Facebook page verification to maintain brand integrity.

• At least 5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably with a focus on the Real Estate Industry
• Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using advertising metrics and reporting tools to drive performance.
• Demonstrated experience in audience targeting and segmentation to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
• Proven ability to manage and scale advertising budgets to meet business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including addressing ad account issues and optimizing campaigns under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
