Job Description

• Design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure used by our payments engineering platforms.
• Plan for the improvements of Our Payments platform and discuss it within the team upfront.
• Build a great user experience for engineers using your infrastructure
• Work in partnership with the overall Dotsaga Infrastructure team and other engineers who are also working in the same space and using the systems you’re building.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Work experience, open-source code, or coursework in any of the following languages: Ruby, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar
• Experience designing and implementing the architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications 
• Experience building highly scalable backends exposing the REST API
• Experience working in an environment that follows DevOps practices
• Experience with development best practices such as A/B testing, continuous integration
• Understanding of data structures and problem-solving approaches, and the ability to articulate trade-offs
• Passion for creating a highly effective technology platform for our growing prospects
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
