We are expanding our digital presence, lead generation, and brand authority across platforms and are hiring a business-minded Social Media Executive.

 
 

Role Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can plan, publish, analyze, and improve content performance, with a clear focus on growth, engagement, and lead generation — not just posting.

 
 

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Publishing

• Create monthly content calendars for all brands
• Decide:
o Content themes
o Posting frequency
o Platform-wise strategy (Instagram / TikTok / LinkedIn)
• Ensure consistent brand tone, colors & messaging
• Drive Google Review growth with the team
 
 

Team Coordination

• Assign and manage daily tasks for:
o Videographer (Reels, shoots, edits)
o Graphic Designer (posts, stories, banners)
• Review and approve:
o Captions
o Hashtags
o Final creatives before posting
 
 

Analytics, Reports & KPIs (Weekly / Monthly)

• Track and report:
o Reach
o Engagement
o Follower growth
o Leads generated
o Traffic sent to sales / e-commerce
• Submit weekly & monthly reports to CEO including:
o What worked
o What failed
o What to improve next
 
 

Campaigns & Growth Experiments

• Plan and execute:
o Giveaways
o Offers & promotions
o Reel format testing
• Suggest growth ideas focused on ROI, not vanity metrics
• Recommend:
o Paid boost ideas
o Influencer collaboration opportunities
 
 

Lead Handling & Routing

• Monitor:
o DMs
o Comments
o Inquiries
• Route leads to:
o WhatsApp
o Telecaller
o Sales / E-commerce teams
• Maintain a lead log (source, platform, business)
 
 

Collaboration with E-commerce (Dotted Line)

• Support:
o Product launches
o Offers & discounts
o Campaign timing
o Product reels & traffic-driving posts
• Align content with sales & conversion goals
