General Duties & Responsibilities and duties for Qualified IT & Web Administrator:
Will be responsible for full IT & System administration for Karachi and regional office remotely.
Manage & maintain, hardware, software and websites, taking into account functionality, appearance, content, and performance, they must be accessible at all times in case problems occur, especially with high- traffic websites.
Responsible to assist to the team on their daily routine computer & social media activities.
Responsible for negotiation with vendors get work done on the software, hardware and Internet.
To manage webinar with full knowledge of MS software and manage the team at the time of work from home through ms team. Responsible to manage, maintained & host Webinar and meetings, including recordings for official record through ZOOM a new software introduced.
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing and Designer on in-house design and artwork and upload on social media and website. IT support at the time of events at Expo Centers on Trade Exhibitions & Conferences.
Manage ERP & CRM on expert level - ERP coordination with Vendors, SQA it and guide them to prepare ERP according to our need.
Responsible IT Equipment inventories & procurement. Manage IT audit for Inventory items.
Look after the IT equipment, attendance machine, cell phone, multimedia maintaining support to fix PABX receptions phone, attendance machine and mobile phone, printer & scanner. Ensure all IT Equipment is working properly.
Extract monthly attendance sheet from system last day of every month for HR and accounts section.
Expertise in WordPress and similar Software and Web site management.
Update/upgrade FAKT main website with 15 to 30 days from the date of joining,
Expert level.* Knowledge / experienced in ZOHO software. Prepare Email Marketing Material and
Send it through ZOHO Email Marketing Software, Coordination with Graphic designer and Digital
Marketing Executive for daily routine activities. - Monthly back-ups all the office systems including laptops
Provide staff attendance sheet to Manager HR end of the last working day of every month.
