Job Description

• Will responsible for chemical & physical refinery operation ( Production, quality, Plc errors control)
• Will set the parameters for chemicals refinery for different types of oils.
• Will set the chemical dosing as per raw oil quality.
• Analyze and coordinate with the technical manager to avoid any breakdown
• Must know the eraction/modification and day to day activity of change over soft oil & hard oil.
• Manage daily production report shift wise
• Must have sound knowledge of P&I diagram and should be familiar with HP boiler set point for different oils.
• Will be responsible for preventive maintenance.
• Will be responsible to ensure the secure operation of acid mixing reactor, bleach reactor, distillation column, heat exchangers, vaccum system and filtration units.
• Will play role in startup and shutdown schedules/plans of plant.
• Will be responsible for wastage control.
• Minimum qualification :
• Ideal candidate must be B.tech mechanical/chemical graduate or higher degree in relevant field
