- Facilitate KIOSK walk-in customer's where required
- Inform relevant authorities or vendor teams to fix KIOSK occurring issues
- Achieve daily transaction/KIOSK target
- Ensure timely adherence and KIOSK operational hours
- Share customer feedback to keep improving KIOSK self-service
