Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore
Job Timings: 4 PM to 1 AM or 5 PM to 2 AM

We are seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our team in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing leads generated through our website and providing exceptional customer support throughout the sales process.

Job Description:
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will work primarily with our CRM system to handle leads from customers who fill out forms on our website. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to close sales and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage leads generated from customer inquiries on our website through the CRM system.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and close sales over the phone.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns related to the customer’s trip after onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a seamless experience and address any post-sale inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work during the specified shifts.
