Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships, interactive communication and trust with customer.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right system
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Resolve customer complaints via, email, or social media
- Act as the company mediator
- Providing day to day reports to operations and management Departments
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any good Discipline.
- Proficiency in English
- Good Communication Skills
- Able to deal with Foreign Clients
- Ability to type/chat in English without any error
- Good Managing Skills
- Ability to complete tasks in time
- Manage day to day flow of operations with team
- Hourly Reporting
- Salary Range: Market Competitive
