• Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the website traffic and online sales
• Undertaking a research to understand the demographic sales targets, search engine traffic, buying behaviours, market trends, etc.
• Demonstrating project strategies and plans to the higher officials
• Participation in the development of online marketing campaigns
• Analysis of the e-commerce related performance
• Monitoring and evaluation of users' behaviour to derive suggestions for improvements
• Managing inventory of products & keeping eye on their stock movements
• Managing customer support issues & feedbacks
