Position 1: Civil Engineer
Department
Engineering / Construction
Reports To
Project Manager / Construction Manager
Job Purpose
The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and clients.
- Conduct quantity surveying and material estimation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with international construction standards.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
- Inspect completed work before handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid PEC registration (preferred).
Experience
20 years of relevant experience in construction and infrastructure projects.

Position 2: Electrical Engineer
Department
Electrical / MEP
Reports To
MEP Manager / Project Manager
Job Purpose
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, supervising, testing, and maintaining electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation works.
- Review electrical drawings and load calculations.
- Monitor installation of power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Perform testing and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and recommend corrective actions.
- Inspect completed electrical works before handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- PEC Registration (preferred).
Experience
20 years of experience in electrical construction or industrial projects.

Job Purpose
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supervising the installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical installations.
- Review mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor equipment installation and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and control costs.
- Ensure workplace safety and HSE compliance.
- Resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Prepare project completion and handover documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- PEC Registration (preferred).
Experience
20 years of experience in MEP or industrial mechanical projects.
