Job Description

• Generate leads and perform business development strategies to build a pipeline of revenue generation
• Supervise and manage daily to retain existing business
• Responsible for price and service negotiation with clients
• Responsible for achieving sales goals to aid in achieving targets
• Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients to enhance revenue
• Build relationship with existing and new clients
• Develop a growth strategy by demonstrating a plan to achieve quarterly, semi-annually and yearly targets
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets by proactively sourcing new business clients
• Conduct research to identify new market trends and business opportunities
• Maintain an MIS for all busines related meetings and developments
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company established rules and guidelines
• Develop a strong team for better business growth
• Carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedure
• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Manages financial KPI's, budgets, forecasting, and P&L measurements by working closely with Finance Department in-order to have a clear visibility of the business and its objectives for effective management                                                                          

• Plan and supervise the shipments from start to end
• Monitor and report on daily operational activities
• Research and suggest cost-effective methods
• Organize training sessions for employees (e.g., follow the S.O. P’s of operation)
• Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
• Stay up-to-date with regulations related to transport & logistics
• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.
• Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
• Direct and coordinate, through subordinates, activities of operations department in order to obtain use of equipment, facilities, and human resources.
• Responsible for managing smooth daily operations
