🧩 How It Works:
Triocomb acts as a legal intermediary between U.S. hiring companies and global engineering talent.
Our internal team handles job applications, profile setup, and interview scheduling across major job platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed).
Engineers attend interviews and, once placed, work full-time under our structure.
All legal, operational, and contractual matters are fully managed by Triocomb to ensure smooth, confidential engagements.

💸 Revenue Sharing:

• Engineers receive 50% of payments from U.S. roles

• Remaining 50% covers U.S. partnership compliance, operational support, and legal/administrative overhead

• Payouts are issued on a clear, regular schedule with full transparency

💼 Ideal Candidates:

• 10+ years in DevOps (or Fullstack, Backend, Frontend)

• Strong English communication skills (B2+ minimum)

• Confident in technical interviews and independent delivery
