Job Description
We are looking for an IT Assistant / IT Officer
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Must be familiar with Linux operating system
- Must be familiar IP PABX systems (FreePBX/ Asterisk)
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support to clients over the phone
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Installing and configuring Computer Hardware, OS and applications
- Providing support at branch PCs and maintain procedural documentation
- Candidates from Landi, Korangi, Malir and Shah Failsal will be prefered
