Design, build and maintain social media presence on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, by efficient day-to-day handling of all social media pages to ensure our Digital presence stands-out from our competitors;
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns;
Create engaging multimedia content (with the help of a Graphic Designer) tailor-made for each platform;
Ensure website content is up-to-date and all the relevant content, including promotions, are uploaded on the website in a timely manner.
Manage PR events and ensure maximum possible outreach / publicity of all such events / activities on all relevant digital platforms, groups, channels, etc.
Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and by monitoring the competition;
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing;
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote brand image and boost revenue of all business segments;
Should have key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms and utilize them efficiently to boost brand awareness and sales;
Undertake audience research and suggest digital marketing campaigns accordingly;
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts, messages and queries and by developing discussions;
Monitor, track, analyze and report performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights;
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity;
Analyze competitors’ activities and respond in an effective manner to ensure customer retention and growth;
Recommend improvements to increase performance;
Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement;
Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the organization;
Encourage collaboration across teams and departments;
Educational Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
Proficient in spoken and written English language
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC and advertisement campaigns on all major search engines
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Skilled at creating and maintaining client relationships
