Job Description

• Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails and other social mediums.
• Present our company Projects to potential clients
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Managers
• Report to your Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
• Stay up-to-date with the marketing needs / trends to place our products better.
• Excellent Communication, writing and listening skills
• Understanding of marketing needs of real estate clients.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (other than cold calls and emails)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Familiarity with Real Estate Industry
• Relevant experience with B.A. or MBA in relevant field.
• Candidate living in Nearby Areas like Valencia, Khayaban-e-Amin and new Defense Road will be preferred
