To objectively and analytically analyze the client-side communication done via different mediums and recommend solutions if there are issues.
To make business processes, adhere to these plans, follow-up and complete deliverables in a timely manner.
To objectively and analytically analyze the current businesses processes, and provide recommendations for enhancement, where needed.
To create and deliver review reports of everyday communication and deliverables with a focus on identification and rectification of issues in the business process.
Carrying out the review of communication (e.g. calls, chats, etc.), final deliverables, disputes, and business processes to clients primarily w.r.t. following aspects of business management.
The review will be carried out according to the pre-assigned time brackets and parameters.
