Job Description
- Introduce “Chaaye Sip” Tea Brand in its assigned territory and implement sales strategies, processes, promotions and best practices, marketing efforts and new initiatives across the territory.
- Planning and overseeing new sales and marketing initiatives and regularly finding and developing new markets, establishing good and professional relationships with customers, and improving sales.
- Ensure achieving sales targets assigned by supervisor on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and submit sales plans and reports to the supervisor as required and on regularly intervals.
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns and build brand awareness and positioning in the district.
- Ensure marketing materials are compelling, well-written, creative, and aligned with Company mission.
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events and representing the company at district level.
