Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries on Calls + WhatsApp.
  • Responding to customer inquiries on Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tiktok and other platforms.
  • Giving customers information about products, take orders, and process returns.
  • Providing first contact resolution of customer issues via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social channels.
  • Actively monitoring Social Media accounts.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction. 
Requirements:
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience with handling Social Media queries.
  • Experience working with customer support.
