Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries on Calls + WhatsApp.
- Responding to customer inquiries on Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tiktok and other platforms.
- Giving customers information about products, take orders, and process returns.
- Providing first contact resolution of customer issues via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social channels.
- Actively monitoring Social Media accounts.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience with handling Social Media queries.
- Experience working with customer support.
