**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist**

**Role Overview:**

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the company's social media strategy across various platforms. Your primary objective will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website, and generate leads or sales. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and interact with followers. Your role will also involve staying updated with industry trends and best practices to optimize the company's social media presence effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" and engaging manner while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct social media campaigns, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed based on analytics and data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Stay abreast of social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into the company's strategy.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience and a solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
