Role Overview
Pauseitive Tech is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. This role involves finding top talent, particularly in technical roles, to support our growing tech initiatives. As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll manage recruitment processes, engage with candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to build a strong team aligned with our company’s vision.

Skills Required

• Recruitment and Hiring Skills – Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on technical roles.
• Interviewing Expertise – Proficient in screening and evaluating technical candidates.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills – Strong communicator, able to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers.
• HR Knowledge – Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and compliance.
• Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks.
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – Experience with ATS tools or willingness to learn.

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree – A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
